1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing the EastCodex Archives and acquiring digital or physical artifacts, you agree to be bound by these terms. These protocols govern the usage of all mythological data and reconstructed imagery provided by the Bureau.

2. Artistic Method & AI Disclosure

The visual records and "Artifacts" provided by EastCodex are created through a hybrid process of intensive traditional research, human creative direction, and advanced generative AI technologies.

These "Technological Reconstructions" are the proprietary artistic interpretations of EastCodex. By purchasing an artifact, you acknowledge the technological nature of its creation. We do not represent these works as "hand-painted by traditional masters," but rather as digitally synthesized archives for the modern era.

3. Artifact Usage License

  • Personal Use: Tattoo stencils are licensed for a single, personal permanent application.
  • No Resale: Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized resale of EastCodex designs is strictly prohibited.
  • Modification: You may adjust the scale or minor details of a stencil to fit your body anatomy, provided the core identity of the entity remains intact.

4. Cultural Responsibility

All "Cultural Taboos" and "Guidance" provided are based on traditional folklore and mythological research. These are provided for artistic and entertainment purposes only. EastCodex is not responsible for any perceived "metaphysical" or spiritual outcomes resulting from the use or placement of these designs.

5. Payment & Secure Dispatch

Financial transactions are secured via Stripe Encryption. EastCodex does not store or see your full payment card details. Digital delivery of decryption keys (download links) is handled automatically upon successful payment confirmation.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from the acquisition of artifacts shall be governed by the laws applicable in the region of the Bureau's primary registration (Hong Kong SAR), without regard to conflict of law principles.
