Refund Policy

1. Digital Artifacts (Stencils)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all Tattoo Stencils are non-refundable once the decryption link has been dispatched to your email. These are considered "open" artifacts and cannot be returned to the Archives.

2. Physical Artifacts (Apparel)

For items such as T-shirts and Apparel, we accept exchanges or refunds only in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. You must contact dispatch@eastcodex.com within 14 days of receiving the package with photographic evidence of the defect.

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect size selection for apparel (please refer to our size guides before acquisition).
• Artifacts damaged by improper handling or after the 14-day window.
